In just his third season, Justin Herbert is making an assault on the record books. The LA Charger QB has been a surprise with his passing proficiency.
Herbert already has more 300 yard passing games (20) than anyone else in their first three seasons in the Super Bowl Era.
And this Sunday, he’ll likely throw his 90th career TD pass, a level on reached before by the all-time great Dan Marino.
Herbert does have the benefit of an extra game and that fact that QBs now start earlier out of college than in the Marino days, but 24-year-old remains a beast.
