Kirk Cousins Closing In On 42,000 Career Passing Yards

Atlanta Falcons QB Kirk Cousins needs just 201 passing yards today to reach the 42,000 mark for his career. Cousins is listed 20th in the Super Bowl Era leaderboard for Super Bowl Era passing yards. The leaders are Tom Brady (89,214), Drew Brees (80,358)m and Peyton Manning (71,940).

Thus far this year, Cousins ranks at 4th on the list of leaders in passing yards with 2,328. In his previous outing, the star QB had 222 yards passing in a 27-21 victory against the Dallas Cowboys.

This Sunday, the Cousins will attempt to move up on the list as his Falcons make the trip to clash with the the 3rd place New Orleans Saints. The Falcons are 6-3 and are 1st in the NFC South.
