According to ESPN Bet, the Kansas City Chiefs have regained the lead in terms of odds for the Super Bowl title. The Chiefs are currently 1st in AFC West with a 14-1 mark on the season. In their last game, they handily defeated to the Houston Texans 27-19 while the then-favorite Buffalo Bills struggled with the New England Patriots during which Josh Allen injured his hand.
The Chiefs are back on Wednesday for a special Christmas game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
